What Image Editor To Buy?
Why wouldn't a web developer already know which image editor to use?
	Due to purchasing power and prices, a web developer may have only had the opportunity to use one or two common image editors.
What are the big differences?
	The purpose for the images for one, and of course the prices. Varied primary reasons for an image editor can be photographs, animated GIF, or vector based images to be imported into programs like Flash or Swish.
I just want to get the darn image up on my web site!
	If you just want to resize and format the images to show up on your web pages, then a lower price program will work for you. Even Windows Image Editor can do that, but there are a whole lot of restrictions on versatility if you choose to use that as a tool. Basically, a good image editor is well worth the bucks.
